- Comment: Oh my gosh! What a breath of fresh air! We called this morning (Sunday) as our air con stopped in the middle of the night. The message said someone would call within the hour, well they called within 10mins and where with us within the hour. Technician Ray was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the issue quickly identifying a leak, topping off with freon until they could address a permanent repair tomorrow. That's service!
