- Comment: My A/C unit broke down in the evening in August. I left a message on Ewing & Ewing answering service. They called 1st thing in the morning and sent a tech out by 11am. Fixed unit to work temporarily until I could have new unit installed. A representative called and came out that afternoon. A new unit was installed the next morning both inside and outside in about 2 hours. They are wonderful to work with.
