Anne Marie is a new seasonal resident in Palm Beach Gardens. She purchased her home last year and the day they moved in they experienced air conditioning issues. A helpful neighbor suggested that they call Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning. Our technician Jeff came out to the home and found a few things wrong with the existing air conditioner, including a leak in the evaporator coil. The air conditioner was over 10 years old so Jeff suggested a replacement estimate instead of the expensive coil replacement. Anthony was able to visit with Anne Marie the same day to provide an estimate. Anne Marie told Anthony that she was not ready to replace the air conditioner yet as they had just purchased the home and had a lot of things going on. She wanted to wait for a few months and see how things went. Ewing and Ewing Air Conditioning do not believe in pressuring customers so we gave Anne Marie the space she needed to think the decision over.

A few months later, Anne Marie called us to let us know that the air conditioner was having issues again. She decided to act on the quote that Anthony had provided the year before and had Ewing and Ewing Air Conditioning install a new, energy efficient 4 ton Rheem air conditioner. The new system should give Anne Marie years of cool air during her visits to Florida!
