Scott and his family were referred to Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning over a year ago by a family member who had an installation performed the year before. Scott and his family had recently moved to a new home and one of the air conditioners had a problem so they called in for a service visit. Our technician Jeff was able to diagnose the system as having a bad blower motor. He suggested replacement due to the age of the air conditioner and the cost of the repair. Our estimator Anthony visited the same day to provide a competitive quote to replace the air conditioner.
Solutions provided:
Scott and his family decided to use Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning to replace the air conditioner and move the outside condensing unit off of their driveway. Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning performed a repair of the existing system the next day at no charge so that Scott and his family would have cool air thought the weekend and until the new air conditioner would be installed the following week. Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning installed a new, energy efficient Rheem 3.5 ton air conditioner the following week. Installation was completed the same day that it was started and Scott was able to have the outside condensing unit moved off of his driveway!
