Robert has been a Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning client for just over a year. He is a seasonal resident and joined our maintenance program to make sure his older air conditioning system is keeping the temperature and humidity in his condo under control while he is out of the area. He called in for service due to the air conditioner having intermittent issues. Our service manager Chris, was able to diagnose an electrical problem related to the main breaker panel but also found that the outside condensing unit had a condoner fan motor with issues. Robert decided to get an estimate as the system was so old.
