Why did the customer contact us?
Sarah has been a valued Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning client since 2014 when we replaced her air handler in her condo. She reached out to us in late December due to her system not working. Her 13 year old roof top condenser had a number of problems. Our service manger, Chris, was able to get her system running and repaired while on site but recommended an estimate to replace her condenser.
Solutions provided:
Ewing & Ewing Air Conditioning were able to coordinate with building management and replaced the A/C system shortly after the initial repairs. Sarah remained comfortable and cool during the time between as Chris had already fixed her existing equipment. The cost of repair was deducted from the replacement system so there was no additional cost to Sarah. A new energy efficient 2 ton Rheem condenser was installed.
